Shipping Fees

Shipping fee is based on the weight & size of the box & the destination location. We pass on to you what USPS, Fed X or UPS charges us & then add a handling fee of $10 per order.

Additional charge will apply to last minute rush orders,

domestic orders under $35 or international orders under $50.

PLEASE NOTE:

Large and/or Heavy items can add substantially to the shipping cost.

We strongly prefer to ship to your home or office where someone will be able to sign for your package.  If you want us to ship to you "no signature required" please have an exceptionally good reason for it and be prepared to assume all responsibility for the package once it leaves our store.

We can only ship USPS to post office boxes.

Most retail orders are shipped within 24 hours. In case an item is out of stock, please be prepared to give us the last acceptable date you will allow us to ship your order to you.

Rental orders are shipped so they arrive 1-3 days

prior to your event.

We normally ship regular ground UPS, Fed X or USPS Priority Mail.

We can also ship overnight red label, 2nd day blue label, or red label Saturday delivery UPS if requested. These dramatically raise the shipping costs so plan ahead and call at least one week in advance when possible.

International Orders

USPS seems to be the most reasonable for international shipments. USPS International Priority is typically 6-10 days & $30-$35. USPS International Express is typically 3-6 days & $45-$65. Of course, rates will vary depending on destination, weight & box size.  Time in transit may vary due to customs processing.  Import taxes & duties are your responsibility & added by your local authorities according to your local regulations.

Minimum International order $50. International orders of less then $50 will be subject to an additional handling fee of $20.

Due to shipping costs and potential delays with customs, we are not able to do international costume rental.  Some exceptions may apply to Canada.
